For peak seasons such as the holidays, wedding season, and major events, booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead is ideal. That said, we understand events can come together quickly and will do our best to accommodate shorter timelines whenever possible.
Indoor installations are protected from the elements and can last 1 to 3 weeks, making them perfect for ongoing displays at country clubs and corporate lobbies. Outdoor installations in Florida require special considerations including UV-resistant treatments, wind-secure anchoring, and strategic placement away from direct sun exposure. We assess every outdoor venue and recommend the best approach to ensure your decor looks stunning throughout your event.
Absolutely. We maintain an extensive palette of over 100 balloon colors and can custom-match to your event theme, corporate brand colors, Pantone swatches, or fabric samples. During the design consultation, we coordinate with your linens, florals, and other decor elements so that every detail is harmonized.
