We serve all of Florida. Based in the Palm Beach area, we regularly provide event decor and entertainment services throughout Tampa Bay, Orlando, the Treasure Coast, Nature Coast, and South Florida. No matter where your event is in the Sunshine State, we can be there.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for most events, and 4–8 weeks for large-scale events. For holidays and peak season dates, we strongly suggest booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Yes, we are a full-service company. Our team handles everything including delivery, professional setup, and complete breakdown after your event so you can focus on your guests.

Yes, Imagination Overdrive is fully insured and bonded. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect our clients and their venues.
Decor & Balloon Installations
We offer a full range of balloon decor including organic arches, classic arches, columns, centerpieces, ceiling installations, sculptures, and full-venue transformations. Every installation is custom designed for your specific event and venue.
Indoor balloon installations typically last 1–3 weeks depending on conditions. Outdoor installations generally last 8–24 hours depending on weather, temperature, and sun exposure.
Yes, we regularly create stunning outdoor balloon installations. We use special techniques and professional-grade materials designed to withstand Florida's heat and humidity for the duration of your event.
Organic balloon arches use varied sizes and clusters of balloons to create a natural, flowing look with lots of dimension and texture. Classic balloon arches use uniform sizes arranged in structured, symmetrical patterns for a more traditional appearance.
We use a combination of professional-grade latex and foil balloons depending on the design requirements. We follow eco-conscious practices and use high-quality, biodegradable latex whenever possible.
Entertainment
We provide a wide range of interactive entertainment including balloon artists, magicians, face painters, caricaturists, stilt walkers, jugglers, fairy hair artists, glitter tattoo artists, and live painters. All performers are experienced professionals who delight guests of all ages.
The number of entertainers depends on your guest count and the type of entertainment. As a general guideline, we recommend 1 performer per 30–50 guests for interactive entertainment such as face painting or balloon artistry. We'll help you determine the ideal number during your consultation.
Yes, our performers are experienced at coordinating their costumes and acts to match your event theme. Whether it's a tropical luau, elegant gala, or holiday celebration, our entertainers will blend seamlessly into your event.
Our standard entertainment sets are 2–3 hours, which works well for most events. However, performance duration is fully customizable based on your event schedule and needs.
Yes, all of our performers are vetted professionals. We take safety seriously and ensure every entertainer on our roster meets our high standards for professionalism and reliability.

Yes, we offer weekly and monthly entertainment programs as well as seasonal decor programs. Recurring programs are popular with restaurants, country clubs, and chain businesses looking to keep their venues fresh and engaging year-round.
We maintain consistency through standardized playbooks, trained teams, rigorous quality control measures, and centralized coordination. Every location receives the same high standard of service and presentation.

Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies based on the scope and complexity of your project. Small installations start from around $250, while full-venue transformations start at $2,000 and up. We provide custom quotes for every project to ensure you get exactly what you need within your budget.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.
We offer flexible rescheduling options. Deposits are fully refundable with 14 or more days notice before your event date. We understand plans can change and work with our clients to find the best solution.
